Cobra was established in early 2006 out of the frustration from the lack of solutions that could be relied upon by IT Companies and poor service levels.

Our main drive from the start was to provide our customers, whether business or premier home users, with IT Support and Solutions that we would want to use ourselves. For these to be affordable, scalable and more importantly, actually needed within the marketplace.

We specialise in IT support helpdesk outsourcing for SMBs and SOHOs, as well as organic business IT planning and implementation. Our core additional services include IT consultancy, hosting and security, storage and backup (both online and offline), networking and infrastructure management and on-site technical support. We also provide ISP Services and standalone products such as computers, software and hardware to ensure that you always invest in the right solution but all within a customised proposal.
