Our team is headed up by our Managing Director, David Share who runs the operations of the company. David also acts as Head of Projects for our professional sector customers, as well coordinating the consultancy side of the business.

Behind the scenes lies our Support Team where we have a strong number of qualified IT Support Technicians who handle the day-to-day customer support queries within our helpdesk. Our competent Telephone Call Centre also forms part of this team who manage the distribution of calls evenly to our First, Second and Third Level Support Technicians.

Our large Back-Office Team (part of our Support Team) manages the monitoring of our customer servers and workstations who work to keep these systems online, up-to-date and trouble-free. They form one of the most important parts of our outsourced IT services.

We also have qualified and experienced infrastructure specialists who work within our Implementation Team to deliver high-class solutions to our customers. They also form a significant part of our Small Business IT Planning Team who ensure all solutions incorporate our organic IT strategy to provide scalability and performance.
