Our customer support operates at the
forefront of current remote and helpdesk technology. Whether
the issue is with your computer, server, network, local or
remote devices or your mobile phones and you have a working internet connection,
we can resolve the majority of issues with our remote
support externally.
If a problem requires
on-site attention or you do not have a working internet
connection, then one of our trained and experienced
technicians will visit you to fix your IT issues, all at affordable hourly rates. We will always send
you a quote before coming out to see you so that you know
how long it will take to fix and how much you will be
paying. We also stay right until we resolve the issue,
regardless of the time we quoted you.
If you need an
IT Manager but cannot afford an additional salary, we are
able to provide you with full network and helpdesk support
at a fraction of the cost of hiring a full time IT
professional. We can handle all of the support for you
externally through our helpdesk and over a secure VPN
internet connection, but we can also act as a bolt-on to an
existing IT Department to provide a secondary level of
backup and support. We are also available to provide ad-hoc
contract IT departmental cover.
